My Take

Whispers from the Dead of Night written by the author Lee Allen. He has written many other extraordinary books that I'm sure you will love.

I have not read many horror stories and when I started reading this I had no expectation of what to expect or what will happen, but as I finished reading the stories one by one the experience I had was mind-blowing. I love the balanced writing of suspense and the trailer. 

When you watch or read a horror story, in the back of your mind you know something is going to happen that will make you gasp. And every time you think this is the time it turns out to be not and when you least expect with the bang it shocks you. Hahaha. 

The same surprise level of this book is awesome. As intriguing the title of the book is I found it perfect match to the stories as they were interesting, the stories balance all emotions in one without being in melodramatic. Each story brings a different flavor of horror which engages even those who are uninitiated to the genre. 

Stories are scary in their own way. The book combines paranormal things with fiction, Science, and mythology, so well that you will not be able to keep the book down. 

Read this and go on an adventure with paranormal stories each of which is unique on its own. 

Overall it's a Masterpiece of seven stories that have closely guarded suspense which takes you to a different world of paranormal.
