My Take: 

UsTaad: Journey of a Shayar is the debut novel by Chetan Mahajan and its a collection of beautifully expressed Hindi Poems but with a twist of English composition. 

The book starts with Safar, where the author Chetan Mahajan describes a scene where he is traveling on a bus, then continues a wonderful, elegant poem based on the scene written in the Hindi language. This a very intriguing and soulful book that the author/ poet has written expressively. 

While reading I sensed that these poems are written with a great deal of care and meaning, as if was not only easy to feel connected to the poems but it also felt like I was reading part of the Author's mind that he wanted to share.

The Highlight of the book is the storyline that has its own uniqueness and heartfelt poems along with it. A journey of Aseem that full of emotions and full of life. An amazing book that I truly enjoyed. I can't wait to read other books written by Chetan Mahajan.
