My Take: 

As the title says Vegan Instant Pot Cookbook, I found that the book can be used by non-vegans too. The recipes are healthy and tasty at the same time. As I went through the recipes, I found it convenient that the author Melissa Talley has written every recipe in same easy pattern. Name of the recipe, Time required, Ingredients, Method & Nutritional Facts Per Serving. I found it quite easy to follow instructions and liked the interesting choice of recipes. Many of the recipes are quick and easy to prepare and did make my mouth-water just by reading the name and seeing the image of the recipe. Most of all, I liked the first chapter with a detailed description of vegan food with their healthy facts and their usefulness.
