2. Congratulations on your book. So what inspired you to write this book?
During and after the pandemic, I had a mental health episode. The world was abstract and I ended up hallucinating, being delusional and was diagnosed with severe PTSD. I ran out of the school building with dissociation so decided to write this whilst in recovery.

The book is my autobiography. It is my life as a teacher and how I overcame my mental health crisis through spiritual healing, talking therapy and hypnotherapy.
4. Why did you choose this genre for your book?
It is my autobiography.
5. How much time did it take to complete this book?
6 weeks.
6. What makes your Book Special?
Many teachers are suffering from burnout and mental health challenges. People do not know enough. It is special because I also talk about how to overcome the challenges.
7. When is your second book coming?
Next year.
8. While writing did you get any writer's block? What is the Tip that you will give others who are facing writer's block?
No writer’s block and I did make sure I had frequent breaks and made sure I always read back with fresh eyes!

I am a mum of 2 boys! I have my hands full with them. I love to exercise and keep fit.
