The highlight of this book is the narrative, I really liked how the author has explained every expect of this book in detail and given us easy tips and tricks to follow for the betterment of our health.

This is a very educative and helpful book, with this you will learn many new things about your body and because of the lucid language & the easy flow of narration, the author Payal will capture your full attention.

Also, the best thing that I liked the most about this book is the answers given to all the common questions that every one of us asks in our daily life. I found the answer unique and very effective at the same time.
