2. Congratulations on your book. So what inspired you to write this book?

22 years back I turned to books only because I was worried and I stumbled upon a book called stop worrying and start living. This book changed by outlook about life and I got hooked to books and it changed my life. I want to help others transform their life through books as my life changed. This book and its topic is a very very common feeling that everyone goes through in life. Hence I wanted to help the readers liberate from their worries and life the life they desire and are destined to live. So this book "What's bothering you"  has come into being.

3. What is the book all about?

The book "What's bothering you?"

It's about botherations in our life.

The botheration is a side-effect of life.

If we are alive we will have thoughts, feelings, likes, dislikes, desires, dreams, expectations, hope etc etc.

And when life presents us with anything unexpected or not aligned with our expectations then what we create is called “A Botheration”

Now I am not saying we must not have expectations and desires for their fulfilment.

I am only saying that they are normal and part and parcel of being human. They are inevitable if we have expectations, desires, likes and dislikes etc etc.

Life is anything but certain and our minds are fond of certainty. If we see events are not unfolding as we desire then it starts bothering us.

It doesn’t mean that we cannot live a life without botheration.

Let's explore in this book ahead what's bothering you and what can be done about it to bring peace to you.

The book will touch upon the most common botherations of human beings and understand what's behind them.

The book attempts to untie you from your botherations by diluting them.

4. Why did you choose this genre for your book?

This genre deals with uplifting people from their self-drugged pits. This genre shakes the very spirit of human beings and inspires it to live up to their infinite potential.

5. How much time did it take to complete this book?

I completed the book in 2 months' time.

6. What makes your Book Special?

It deals with the core issue of human suffering and self-torture. It is such a state or mind which affects everybody and most cannot get out It's clutches and succumb to it. The book lifts the veil of the so-called worrying business. It attempts to liberate readers from their self improvement and introduces them to their true nature.

7. When is your second book coming?

I will be publishing my next book in June 2023

8. While writing did you get any writer's block? What is the Tip that you will give others who are facing writer's block?

I have always felt that when you are in flow allow yourself to express and pen down the expressions.  And when you don't feel close to the theme of the book just do something else that you love to do. Don't force yourself. The book is ready inside us but when our connection is clear only then it will get downloaded and when the connection is weak it won't get downloaded.

9. What are your other hobbies besides being a talented author?

I am a passionate reader, I like listening and creating music. I like to travel and explore places, foods and cultures of different places

10. Last but not least, How did you feel, while giving this interview?

I feel elated and satisfied that my attempt to help others has taken form. The book is ready for the readers to read and learn from my experience and liberate themselves.
