My Take: 

What if your next great read took you straight into Hell? 

An interesting fact about this book is that it is inspired by Dante Alighieri’s classic Inferno, but a modern twist has been given to the idea, making it feel fresh and exciting. 

This book is an intense and thrilling read. I absolutely loved how a dark, powerful atmosphere was created from the very beginning. A strong sense of danger, mystery, and suspense is carried throughout, making the reading experience feel gripping without becoming difficult to follow. 

The highlight I loved most was the unique blend of horror, fantasy, mystery, and the battle between good and evil. A modern version of Hell is imagined in a way that feels bold, visual, and surprisingly engaging. The deeper questions about choices, survival, courage, and morality also make the book more than just a dark fantasy read. 

The writing is one of its biggest strengths. A vivid world is created through clear and engaging language, while tension is built naturally. Arrendle’s imagination is impressive, and the writing is filled with strong descriptions that make the setting feel alive. The balance between darkness, emotion, and action has been handled beautifully, and I can’t wait to explore more from this author. 

I found this book to be bold, addictive, and wonderfully different. Anyone who enjoys dark fantasy, supernatural themes, and thrilling adventures should definitely give it a read.
